I have often the Calphalon Hard Anodized cookware as well as WOW! these pots as well as pans have been grill quality. we adore them. Although, not dishwasher protected (at slightest we do not put them in), soak them overnight as well as the purify up is the snap. Plus they do not diverge similar to so most alternative pans
