Can we put the booze potion shelve on top of your kitchen sink?

I am meditative of shopping a booze shelve as well as a usually place it will fit in my kitchen is right on top of my kitchen sink. There is a lot of room in this space, as well as already includes a built in booze rack. So, can we cling to a booze potion shelve here? Will a potion get uneven etc., when we do my meals if hung there?
