colour from bed linen rubbing off of upon skin?

when ever i operate ben linen which is black or has black upon it, in a sunrise i regularly have black outlines upon my arms, chest or go through im comical a caricature from a bed sheets, does this occur to any a single else as well as is there anythig i can do to stop it?
