Do all decrease dryers come with flint filters?

my initial time in shopping the decrease dryer.
In the catalog the little contend the got the flint filter as well as the little contend it hasn’t. so have they all got the flint filter even if doesnt contend they have? i can’t means the ones which contend they have got the filter.
isn’t it the glow jeopardy if there isnt the filter?
