I found a little square of a little drug bag after soaking my garments during a laundromat, have been there any dangers?

I regularly check prior to putting my garments in a open machine, though we contingency have longed for this becuase it competence have been underneath a aggitator, we am really disturbed my garments competence be contaminated. Is there any regard we need to be concerned about?
