I have a little aged lavatory tiles will these be ok as hardcore for strew foundation?

i’m putting the 7′ x 7′ strew in the grassed area is it ok to operate aged lavatory tiles for hardcore as well as would 1 bag of counterbalance as well as 5 bags concrete be sufficient for the 3" base
