Are we 100% certain which we used a right measurements upon everything? To thick to me equates to 2 things To most dry ingredient’s or your eggs was to tiny if your regulating a whites,
I wouldn’t contend the your mixer the something which is blank from your Recipe or something is off similar to your egg whites
