I have a bottle of 1998 Georges Deboeuf Chateau des Vierres Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau that’s never been opened. It’s been stored for multiform years in a booze shelve which hangs from a roof in my dining room. What have been a chances it’s still great to drink?
