Should we be regulating metal, or silicone utensils upon my immaculate steel cookware?

I only switched to immaculate steel cookware from teflon. The teflon was flaking off & removing in a food- yuck!! But right away it seems, no make a difference what we use- a food sticks ALOT to a bottom of a stainless. we never had this probmel before- help! Any suggest whould be helpful- as we am really latest to this!! Thanks!

    Metal is fine. Stainless is permanent. You can operate steel nap to purify it, too.

    But a cosmetic utensils work fine, too.
