What kind of bed support is endorsed for the mental recall froth mattress?

We paid for the mental recall froth mattress as well as box springs. The box springs kept breaking, the snap only advice. It has been transposed 5 times as well as softened box open so you can not censure the MFG! you asked if you need the special kind of mattress, ours is only the steel crossbar, as well as was told it would be good. Please help! This is embarrassing!
