Where is a defrost timer upon frigidaire indication FRS28XGCDO?

We have a Frigidaire Gallery fridge, about fifteen yrs old, as well as you have to manually defrost a freezer about once a week to keep a refrigerator side cool. we have review which resetting a defrost timer might help, though we do not know where it is… If any one has any believe about this, your assistance would e most appreciated!
